VS2008 RTM: Confirmed

Microsoft has confirmed that VS2008 is released.

Finally I am downloading it... :D

Update: Those that are not seeing it in the tree, look here instead: http://msdn2.microsoft.com/en-us/subscriptions/default.aspx. Scroll down to Top Subscriber downloads and look for it there.
